Warranty & Support

At Wellness Restored, we are committed to supporting you throughout your ownership experience. Our sauna products are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s limited warranty, and we provide warranty support to help you submit and coordinate eligible warranty claims.

Warranty coverage is provided by the product manufacturer and is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions outlined below.

1. Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty

One-Year Limited Warranty

For one year from the date of purchase, the manufacturer provides warranty coverage for eligible defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Coverage may include:

  • Material Defects: Eligible defects in the wood and other materials used in the sauna.
  • Workmanship Defects: Eligible manufacturing or assembly defects affecting the structure or operation of the sauna.
  • Electrical Components: Eligible failures of covered heaters, control panels, and other electrical components under normal use.

Depending on the nature of an approved claim, the manufacturer may provide replacement parts, repair, or another appropriate remedy in accordance with its warranty terms.

2. Extended Heating Component Warranty

Certain core infrared heating components are covered by an extended manufacturer’s warranty.

For eligible standard, pre-fabricated sauna models, infrared heating tubes and carbon crystal heating panels are covered for seven years from the date of purchase.

Coverage applies to eligible defects under normal use and remains subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms, conditions, and exclusions.

3. What Is Not Covered

The manufacturer’s limited warranty does not cover damage or conditions resulting from:

  • Glass Damage: Broken or damaged glass, except for eligible damage occurring during transportation. Shipping-related damage is handled according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
  • Misuse or Neglect: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or failure to use the product as intended.
  • Improper Installation: Damage resulting from incorrect installation, assembly, electrical connection, or failure to follow applicable installation instructions.
  • Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly, alterations, modifications, or repairs.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Normal deterioration, cosmetic changes, or wear resulting from ordinary use.
  • Environmental Damage: Damage caused by fire, flooding, excessive moisture, severe weather, natural disasters, or other environmental conditions.
  • Improper Storage or Relocation: Damage resulting from improper storage, transportation, handling, or relocation after initial delivery.
  • Improper Cleaning or Chemicals: Damage caused by inappropriate cleaning products, corrosive chemicals, strong acids or bases, or other substances not recommended for use with the product.
  • Wood Expansion and Contraction: Minor expansion, contraction, checking, or small cracks that may naturally occur in wood due to changes in temperature or humidity and that do not affect the structural integrity or intended operation of the sauna.
  • Damage Caused by Third Parties: Damage caused by installers, service providers, users, animals, or other third parties.

Additional exclusions may apply under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

4. Warranty Claims

Wellness Restored provides warranty support and will assist you in coordinating eligible claims with the manufacturer.

To request warranty assistance:

  1. Contact Wellness Restored: Email support@wellnessrestored.com with your order number, purchase information, and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Provide Documentation: We may request photographs, video, serial numbers, product labels, or other information necessary to document the issue and submit the claim to the manufacturer.
  3. Claim Review: Wellness Restored will review the information provided and coordinate with the manufacturer as necessary to determine warranty eligibility.
  4. Resolution: If the claim is approved under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will assist in coordinating the applicable remedy, which may include replacement parts, repair, or product replacement, depending on the nature of the issue and the manufacturer’s determination.

Warranty approval and the remedy provided are subject to the manufacturer’s applicable warranty terms.

5. Shipping Damage

Damage occurring during the original shipment of your order is handled separately from the manufacturer’s warranty.

If your sauna or any component arrives damaged, please follow the inspection, documentation, and reporting requirements outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Shipping damage should be reported to support@wellnessrestored.com within the applicable reporting timeframe.

6. Maintenance & Care

Proper use and maintenance can help protect your sauna and preserve warranty eligibility.

  • Cleaning: Use appropriate non-corrosive cleaning products. Avoid strong acids, bases, or chemicals that may damage the wood, electrical components, or other materials.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect electrical components, heaters, controls, and connections for visible signs of wear or damage.
  • Ventilation: After use, allow the sauna to ventilate properly to help excess heat and moisture dissipate.
  • Wood Care: Natural wood may expand or contract in response to temperature and humidity changes. Minor checking or small cracks may occur and are generally considered normal when they do not affect structural integrity.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Do not disassemble, modify, or attempt unauthorized repairs that could affect warranty coverage.

Always follow the installation, operating, maintenance, and safety instructions provided with your sauna.

7. Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. Please retain your Wellness Restored order confirmation, invoice, or order number for your records.

Additional product information, photographs, serial numbers, or documentation may also be required to process a claim.

8. Warranty Limitations

The manufacturer’s warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise expressly authorized under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Warranty remedies are limited to those provided under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

Unless otherwise covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, costs associated with labor, product removal, disassembly, transportation, reinstallation, or other services associated with warranty repair or replacement may not be included.

Warranty service, repairs, or replacement parts must be authorized before work is performed. Unauthorized repairs or modifications may affect warranty eligibility.

9. Warranty Service Area

Manufacturer warranty support offered through Wellness Restored is currently available for eligible products purchased and delivered within the contiguous United States.

10. Warranty Terms & Policy Changes

Warranty coverage for your product is based on the manufacturer’s warranty terms applicable to the product at the time of purchase.

Any updates to the warranty information presented on the Wellness Restored website will not reduce the warranty coverage applicable to products purchased before those changes when the manufacturer’s warranty terms in effect at the time of purchase provide otherwise.
